Frequently asked questions
My order is delayed or lost. Can I have a refund?
1. Refund is not guaranteed. Depends on case by case basis.
2. Customer or myself will contact USPS to determine cause of delay or to confirm that order has been lost. If it has not been 30 days or more (for USA orders), the order is not yet considered lost.
3. To make sure you get items promptly, I suggest customer places a second order with me for the same items that are delayed. Usually the second order will arrive much faster. When the delayed order is received, you can just return it back to me for a full refund. So in the end, you pay only once for the order, and you get what you want faster than waiting for the delayed order to arrive.
4. If lost, we will discuss options.
