My business, Diana by design, has blossomed out of a need to express my love of fashion and individuality. I was inspired by the idea of taking something old and making it new again, SUSTAINABLE FASHION. A new way to be green! All of my designs are one-of-a-kind and become wearable art. My pieces are meant to be worn.

2020 has brought a new challenge with all art shows being canceled and the need for wearable/washable PPE. So visit me new section of Pandemic wears!

I use all repurposed clothing to make my pieces. Vintage and used clothing is my textile supply. Upcycling has become a passion, yielding beautiful felted wool coats, sweaters, tunics, fingerless mittens, along with my newest denim trend. Mixed media denim jackets, wine sleeves and stylish denim skirts! I expect to be evolving even more in the near future, pillows from denim scraps! My cutting and creating is evolving into a fun upcycled wearable art business.

My Wearable Art is all made by me! I want my customer to be happy and feel great wearing each piece. After all, looking great and feeling are one in the same! Smile!
My non-wearable fibers comes from my wearable fibers, scraps repurposed into something else. Wine Sleeves are made from denim jacket sleeves with a necktie handle.Denim patchwork pillows are made from the left over denim from my jackets, combining all different denims for a fun pillow. I also make tie sashes for the pillow which can be removed for a different look. Pillows are sold as either covers or full pillows.
