Shipping
Once your order is processed we ship within 1-2 business days. USPS first class mail in the U.S..
If you would like insurance or tracking on your package please let me know in advance per etsy convo. Insurance is the buyers responsibility and i will send you an updated bill. Thank you !!!
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may notify me and return it within 3 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original package. The price of the item will be refunded when we receive it in its original condition, but shipping cost will not be refunded.


EXCHANGES
If I made a mistake on an order, the item(s)may be returned and I will ship a replacement at my own expense. (providing I have it made, if not made it will be shipped as soon as it is finished.) But if I have done all that was stated in the item description and the buyer is nonetheless dissatisfied
I will replace or exchange the item(s) purchased and bill the buyer for shipping depending on the order, I will charge $3.00 extra for the service.

LOSS OR DAMAGED
I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the Post Office while in transit to you.
I package the order well but unfortunately once it leaves my shop it is out of my hands.
