3 out of 5 starsWrong topper sent to me. I sent positive, respectful message to seller regarding my order. She responded very defensive and flipped it like it was my fault and I ordered incorrectly. She used words like "clearly', and gave me a bunch of excuses. I then responded again respectfully stating I payed for a certain topper and I was willing to send the original topper back for the one I originally wanted, I also sent her a pic of my order with the topper I chose on the invoice. She then apologized and sent me a new topper right away (realizing she was incorrect). Moral of story is some people work hard for their dollar that they spend at small businesses. And all the middle nonsense accusing right away and not looking up my order # is very unperfessional. This could of been handled quickly and ended on a more positive note.

I did apologize, I am human and made a mistake. 2 of the same exact diaper cakes were purchased the same day. The only difference was the toppers, yes I did mix them up in the box. My shop had been closed for a year due to knee replacement surgery. Maybe I opened it a bit to soon as I am constantly in pain & trying not to be grumpy. I have worked so hard for my small business that COVID and inflation has made a once thriving business a trickle of what it was before. I will in the future strive to not to get 2 exact orders mixed up & sincerely did apologize. If you go through my shop feedback you will see this is extremely rare for me to even make a mistake and first time ever giving sloppy customer service.

5 out of 5 starsThis was beautifully made. When I lifted this out of box I was So surprised!!! Every detail on the cake was exquisite. All my family and I sat there and just stared at the diaper cake and loved it so much.

5 out of 5 starsIf I could give 6 stars, I would!! The diaper cake was customized to perfection! The shop owner could not have been more accommodating!! It is absolutely PERFECT for my best friend’s west coast shower! She is a HUGE Philadelphia Eagles fan!!! Highly recommend!! Dianna is amazing!!
