Livraison dans les temps. Suis surprise de la taille des carreaux plutôt petits et du packaging assez simple. À part ça c'est pas mal.

About

Pretty little things

Hi!

Since I was a child I loved creating things with my hands. I still remember when I won a prize for the best puppet at high school and when I used to meet with my best friend to create our mother's day gifts.
After many years without almost any creation (my engineering studies did not give me neither time nor inspiration), coming to Paris made everything to change. I started with some little drawings, afterwards I made some handicrafts for home and then I made some pendants for friends that made me think that something new was about to start. Thanks to the encouragement of my closest friends, I decided to open my little e-shop and my blog, where I love to show little pieces of my daily life.

My inspiration comes from very different origins. Sometimes nature gives me some ideas, sometimes just a color or a personal situation. Also shapes, movements, pictures, trips etc

The name Dianthusa-Paris combines important aspects in my life. Dianthusa refers to three things: my passion for nature and culture of my country, as Dianthus is a genus of plants so characteristic of Spanish culture (carnations) Also, Dianthus is so close to my mother's name: Diana. Paris means my future, my new life, my hopes .... So I wanted the circumstances that have shaped my personality (such as my closeness to nature and the culture I come from), to make up my shop's name.
A wonderful day a Greek etsy shop owner wrote me explaning the Greek meaning of Dianthusa: girl that carries 2 flowers, or that flourishes twice.... Such a wontherful meaning! isn't it?

Thanks you for taking your time to read and visit Dianthusa!
