One of them has been on my car for years (like 30k+ miles) and hasn’t budged, and the second one they were so accommodating in making in a custom size for my water bottle to match my first one after the font was discontinued. They were so quick to respond and so nice!

What does it mean when you say that an item must be in its original condition to be returned?
Once the decal has been completely or partially removed from its backing, we cannot accept the item as a return. These decals are easily applied and easily removed, but cannot be re-applied. Please follow all instructions carefully, we are not responsible for mistakes when applying the decal.
