1 out of 5 starsDo not buy from this seller if you’re in a hurry. I was not, however it was 23 days from the time I ordered to the time I actually received my order. There was ZERO communication on any delays until I received a tracking # that was dead. I reached out to the seller after I realized the package wasn’t moving and she said she would look into it. The package was “resent” earlier this week and miraculously I have it just 4 days later. Why it took so long is beyond me, but the really aggravating thing was the lack of communication. I would’ve left a much nicer review had there been communication. It is the very least you can do for your buyers!!!

Amy, again my apologies for the delay in your order. As you know, once you informed me that you had not received your order, I immediately researched the problem and discovered that the order was lost in the mail. I communicated with you immediately and promised to prepare a new shipment. Instead of dropping your shipment into a mailbox as I had done previously, I walked it into the post office. I am glad that the second time was a charm. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the post office has acknowledged that there are unprecedented delays and problems with delivery. So thank you for your patience and understanding.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order in order for us to issue a claim number. Without notification within 3 days, we will be unable to investigate and provide resolution.

Can my personal printer print on your cards?
Most of the cards in my shop are 100lb. Some printers are able to print on cards of this weight, however others will have a problem. I recommend you purchase a paper sample and test it out first. If required, you can also have us print your items.
