I want to change the product I bought, Or I want to return it! Is it possible?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns and exchanges. I create custom work and make-to-order items that are printed in the color and size selected by you, they cannot be readily resold.
However, if you encounter any defects with the product, please don't hesitate to contact me. Your satisfaction is important, and I will do my best to address any issues related to the quality of the item.
Is it possible to update my shipping address if I entered it incorrectly? (or) My package has been returned to your facility; can I arrange for it to be resent?
If you've entered the wrong address and your USPS tag has not been created yet, please get in touch with me to request a change.
However, if an incorrect address was provided during payment, your order will likely be returned to our store by USPS. In such cases, I will reach out to you once the order is back at our facility. I'll provide you with a link to arrange the re-shipment of your package, ensuring it reaches you successfully.
