Because these are "Instant Download" files, I am unable to offer any refunds on purchased items. Please be sure to read the item description carefully & the terms of use as outlined below. However if there are any issues with any purchased files please contact me & I will do my best to correct any problems.

All items within Digi Treats are digital Instant downloads. You will receive an e-mail with your download link once the item has been purchased.

Files will be either JPEG or PNG (this will be outlined in each listing). PNG files are used for such as clip art, where a transparent background is needed (all clip art within a pack will be on individual layers)
All DT's digital items are saved as high resolution 300dpi & are perfect for printing.

YOU MAY use Digi Treats Items for any personal or commercial project as long as they are not used "as they are". Digi Treats designs must be part of a new design/artwork
before you can claim them as "derivative designs".
YOU MAY use Digi Treats designs for any personal or commercial project, providing any image is flattened & no Digi Treats elements can be extracted from the final artwork/design.
YOU MAY use Digi Treats items in designs to decorate websites, logo's or blogs.
YOU MAY use Digi Treats PNG Clip Art in the creation of Book Covers or Album Art.
YOU MAY use Digi Treats designs for any (but not limited to) personal or commercial artwork, collages, photomanipulations, photo enhancement, scrapbooking, greetings cards etc.
YOU MAY use Digi Treats designs to create 'new art works' to be sold on POD sites providing no design is used 'as is' and is incorporated into a completely new flattened artwork.

***EMBROIDERY PATTERNS***
YOU MAY use Digi Treats designs for embroidery pattern downloadables providing the original artwork is not shared.

***PHOTOGRAPHERS***
YOU MAY use Digi Treats designs on your personal & commercial photographic works. If you offer your final images on CD or send them through email, you may do so providing the final image is flattened.

YOU MAY NOT Redistribute/repackage/ or resell Digi Treats items themselves as a whole or in part! This includes sharing Digi Treats items Art for free.
YOU MAY NOT Claim Digi Treats artworks as your own.
YOU MAY NOT use any items, to create & sell, for digital paper, clip art, PS brushes or anything similar to the items I sell.
YOU MAY NOT use any items to create & sell or offer free, Digitally Downloadable items.
YOU MAY NOT sell any Digi Treat design in printed form as they are.

***TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS***
YOU MAY use Digi Treats items in classrooms for educational purposes as you wish
YOU MAY NOT use items digitally in a way they can easily be copied or downloaded. Please be sure that all items are flattened & merged properly with your documents.

***COLORS***
Please note that the colors you see will depend on the calibration of your monitor and may
differ slightly from the original colors.
