Where can i find my digital purchase in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account
2. Go to Purchases and Reviews
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you purchased a digital item as a guest and do not have an Etsy account, you will find the link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
Please note the PDF with purchase can only be downloaded on a web browser and not the Etsy app on your phone.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it is possible that there is an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance.
