1 out of 5 starsI emailed immediately after getting file of this print to make a small change and she never responded. That was several weeks ago and now the birthday has passed. As I recall, we still had 2-3 weeks to make it right. Don’t state on your emails to contact you with either questions or changes if you don’t make good on that promise.

Thank you for your review, however I had replied to your message stating the changes you wanted to make, were in fact not missing from the design as you did not include it in your order notes and I did not hear back from you after that message, as I was happy to make the changes needed. In the future, if you want certain details added please ensure you include them in the order as requested. Thanks!

5 out of 5 starsItem itself is great. I was told it would be emailed on a certain date and didn’t receive it. (Yes - checked junk) I messaged the seller and she said she had poor reception and that it was sent. I told her I never received it and she said she would send it within the hour. It was a couple days later that I received it. Again, poor reception. :/

1 out of 5 starsI never received this item. When I messaged the seller, she never responded back. I was eventually refunded with no reason told to me. I’m very disappointed.
