1 out of 5 starsI was so excited about making this for my daughters birthday party I ordered it on 01/09 with the expectation of getting the file to me no latter then 01/12 with plenty of time to print it out by 01/16. I emailed them 01/10 letting them know the email my pictures were sent from and didn’t get a response until 01/14. I am not sure what happened but still 01/16 my file is not to me, so I can’t use it for my daughters birthday. Very disappointed.

3 out of 5 starsLonger production time than most sellers, didn’t receive confirmation or anything until I reached out. Then, at the end of the time frame I received a message letting me know she was behind on orders. She did deliver within 2nd committed time frame, but the product just wasn’t what I was hoping for and didn’t resemble us very closely at all. Ordered cards from another designer that I loved.

5 out of 5 starsPerfect!!! This Christmas was a hard one. With my Dad passing away in November. I wanted something that my brother, Mom and I that we can hang in our homes and show that we are always connected. I love the big heart because even though Dad isn’t with us, he’s all in our hearts.
