Announcement    Hello everyone! Welcome to DigitalArtsi, my digital scrapbooking and clipart store. All products in my shop were illustrated by hand, by me. If you would like to see my process you are welcome to check out my videos on youtube @Digitalartsi. I know nowadays purchasing clipart can be murky business. This is why I am proud to say that NONE of my work is stolen, derivative, or AI generated. You don't need to worry when licensing art from me. If you have any questions about my process, my items, or your order please feel free to send me a message.

I'm also open to suggestions but I can't guarantee I will make them. Regardless don't hesitate to shoot me a PM if you'd like to see something that isn't yet available in my shop!

Information on my art:

My clipart is delivered in transparent PNG format. They are sent in ZIP files so please be sure you have the appropriate software to open your files.

My digital pattern files are sold as Jpeg format due to the size and resolution of the files.

If you find that there has been an art update to a clipart set you purchased, please send me a PM so I can send you the updated art, free of charge.

I do not sell copy-written or trademarked material in my shop unless I have an explicit agreement that such material may be sold. I also do not do custom works that are based on, or reference copy-written or trademarked material. Examples of copy-written/trademarked material: Pokemon, Harry Potter, Disney Characters, Etc.

Please allow up to an hour for files to be delivered before contacting me. Usually the files are sent immediately but there are times Etsy's system has a delay. I have NO control over how fast the files are sent out. If you've waited more than an hour and need your files urgently, please do contact me and I'll send you a dropbox link containing them but I can not guarantee I will always be online and available.

All files are available for small commercial use.

What you may do with Digitalartsi's small commercial use files:

- You may make up to $1000 profit using my works without a commercial license. Beyond that, you are required to purchase a license. They can be found in my shop under the Licenses section.
- Graphics may be used for selling and crafting Stickers, Apparel, Planners, Banners, Washi Tape, Embroidery, Cupcake toppers, Invites, Greeting Cards, Felt designs, Patterns, educational resources, children's activities, Etc.
- Graphics may be used in Blogs, Sites, Phone Apps, Boom cards, and more.
- Graphics may be used for digital cards and invites as long as the images are flattened
- Graphics may be used for anything scrapbook related
- Graphics may be used in your small business both inside and outside Etsy
- Graphics may be incorporated in other designs for uses such as sublimation and Twitch streaming bundle/layout designs

What you may NOT do with Digitalartsi's small commercial use files:

- Files may not be used for things that promote racism, sexism, ableism, religious discrimination, or discrimination towards sexual orientation, or gender identification.
- Watermarks may not be removed from sample files.
- Files may not be redistributed or claimed as your own works, IE don't take credit for my art.
- Files may not be traced or copied and redistributed with slight alterations. Derivatives are also not allowed.
- As of 8/4/2021 files may not be resized and resold as twitch/streaming badges or emotes. I allowed it at one point but the more I sat with it, the more it did not sit well with me. Shops with these types of listings created prior to this time are allowed.
- Files may NOT be fed into AI "art" generators. My art is not your prompt!


If your plans do not meet these guidelines please contact me so we can work something out. I would like to encourage everyone who plans on profiting from my work, please be mindful of the products you are planning on selling.
