5 out of 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This piece far exceeded my expectations! The quality is exceptional, the canvas is beautiful, and the wood frame is absolutely gorgeous. I honestly love it even more than I thought I would, and it looks perfect in my space. I originally ordered a smaller size and realized immediately after placing the order that I had made a mistake. I reached out right away, and the owner responded immediately and helped me get the order corrected before production began. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and willingness to help. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and am already looking through the shop for future pieces. Highly recommend!

1 out of 5 starsI wanted to cancel the item and they would not let me. It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago and it never came. They don’t let you return things.

Thank you for your feedback, Maura. We'd like to share context for shoppers reading this. When you requested a frame color change, we immediately cancelled your original order and placed a new one, even though our system doesn't allow direct order modifications. When a second change was requested after 3 days, your order had already entered final production. As every piece is made-to-order, modifications or cancellations are not possible once production begins, regardless of circumstances. This is clearly stated in our shop policies. We sincerely apologize for the delivery delay and take full responsibility. We can see and confirm the order has already been delivered and we hope you love the piece. When I first added the item to cart, I was bit worried as this seemed to be a new store and no reviews were found for my reference.
