What exactly am I purchasing?
All our products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. You’ll receive high-resolution files that you can print at home, through a print shop, or an online service.
What file formats do you provide?
You will receive high-resolution JPG or PNG files optimized for professional printing. Each file is designed to scale into multiple common frame sizes.
What sizes are included?
Most listings include over 20+ print sizes, covering all standard frame ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7, A4, square, etc.). This ensures you can print your artwork for small desk frames or large statement walls.
How do I download my files?
After purchase, Etsy will send you an email with the download link. You can also access your files anytime via your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews.”
Where can I print my artwork?
You can:
Print at home with your own printer
Use a local print shop
Order through online printers (Shutterfly, Staples, VistaPrint, etc.)
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Because this is a digital product, all sales are final. However, if you have any issue with your files, please contact us — we’re here to help.
Can I use this artwork commercially?
No. All files are for personal use only. You may print them for yourself or as a gift, but reselling, sharing, or distributing the files is prohibited.
What if I want a custom design?
We do take custom requests! Send us a message with your idea (quote, color, size) and we’ll be happy to create a personalized digital print for you.
