I ordered this on 7/1. Within a 1/2 hour, Vicki called me to get more details about how I would like my dog's name added to the plaque. She explained that she was leaving for vacation and wanted to get it out before she left. Within the hour, it was shipped! I love it and cannot thank her enough for getting it to me so quickly. I received it on 7/6. She even asked details about how my dog got the name Ham and gave me her condolences. Would absolutely order from her again!
