Thanks for checking out Dignam Craft. We love hearing from you, so don't hesitate to convo us with questions about the products! We do custom work as well, so if you have an idea you don’t see in our shop, please write and we will give you a quote for creating your candle or wind chime.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand so no two items are completely identical.

We accept paypal. If you don't have a paypal account and want to pay with a credit card, you can also do this through paypal. When you check out on Etsy you just click the paypal button. It will take you to the paypal home page and it will have an option to pay with a credit card without an account.

Custom orders may require a 50% deposit for the order to begin. The remainder is due when the order is complete and ready to ship.

Payment or contact is required within 24 hours.

All prices are in US dollars only.
Regular orders are shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment and are shipped to the address specified in your PayPal account. If it differs from your Etsy account, we will contact you to confirm. If you prefer me to send your order to a different address other than PAYPAL please include this information in the message to seller upon checkout.
Custom orders may require additional time. Special orders and custom orders usually ship within 2-3 weeks.

We would be happy to combine shipping charges where possible. We primarily use USPS. We would be happy to offer insurance or a shipping upgrade. We can add it on to the shipping if you contact us first so we can update the listing.

We can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Most all will come in brand new boxes, although we will reuse a good one occasionally.

We are willing to ship internationally, but haven't done so yet. So convo us and we'll give you a quote.

Please be aware that international shipments sent via First Class are not trackable and we are not responsible for packages that don't arrive. It can take up to a month (normally only a week or two) to receive your package. You should check with your local post office to see if your package is there before you convo us. We can give you a label receipt if this will help. We can't control the customs departments in your country, and therefore, can not give you an exact date as to when your package will get to you.

We cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, custom duties and fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you do not like the piece once you receive it, let us know within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in the exact condition received and when possible, in mint & re-sellable condition. If an item is returned and expected to be returned in re-sellable condition (via communication between myself and the customer) but is received damaged, not in mint condition and no longer sellable, we are sorry, but we cannot honor a refund. We will refund the complete purchase price except for the shipping cost. All return shipping fees and postage costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

Returns on Custom orders are discussed on individual basis. All custom orders may not be eligible for returns.

Sorry, we do not refund shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item.

If your item(s) arrives damaged, we will ask you to take a photograph and return it to me in the original packing if at all possible.

All non-US customers please note that all duties , taxes & customs fees assessed by your friendly customs agent are not our responsibility. Please be aware of the laws and fees associated with shopping abroad that your country deems applicable. Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties.
