How to care for your jewelry:
Silver
Use baking soda toothpaste with a soft brush or cloth and then brighten with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Bronze
For light tarnish use a jewelry polishing cloth. For heavy tarnish use a brass/bronze cleaner such as Brasso with a soft cloth or soft toothbrush. Avoid using Brasso on vermeil pieces or soft stones like turquoise.
Gold
Soak in a warm mild liquid detergent and then rub with a soft tooth brush or cloth or use a jewelry polishing cloth.

It is always best to remove jewelry before swimming or showering. It is also recommended that you store your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES;
If you are not happy with the items you bought, please contact me within 3 days. You will be responsible for return shipping, and then a refund may be done once it has been received back in same condition & packaging.

WHY I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON RINGS:
Please make 100% sure of your size when purchasing rings.
I unfortunately do not accept returns for resizing due to my location - because the shipping is expensive & I have had past problems with customs charging me high fees to accept returned goods.
However, if you have ordered the wrong size, most rings can easily be sized at your local jeweler - this will be more cost & time effective for you in the long run.

ADDITIONAL RETURNS INFO
--No returns or refunds on earrings (due to hygiene)
--I cannot accept returns on rings, because your order has been made specifically to your size - so please make sure the ring is what you want before committing.
-- I cannot accept returns on custom orders like engraving names ,dates ..
--Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns or orders lost/damaged in the post.

Most jewellery is made to order - please allow 7-10 business days until shipping!
I ship worldwide – gift packaged & bubble wrapped orders are sent through the local postal service including a tracking number. Delivery is usually between 7-15 business days because of the international shipping.
