I received the beautiful gloves last Friday & they are gorgeous! As always, you do magnificent work! I needed this last pair for a bridesmaid in my wedding & I was just one pair short. They fit her perfectly! Oh so sweet! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You have just made this soon to be bride very happy!

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I make sure that my photos accurately represent my products. When possible I make my photos in daylight which assures accuracy of colors. However I cannot control your screen settings which can affect the colors displayed. Small differences can appear particularly on knitted items from wool which reflects light.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it please contact me so that we can arrange a return, refund, exchange or any solution that will be best for you and me.

THE 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
When purchasing items, you agree to the refund policies as stated below.

Returns must be in their original packing if they have a special one and in unused condition and sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Payment costs will be refunded once the item is sent back to me.

I can not honor refunds for any item that is sent back to me after 14 days of the receipt.

Please note: you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the merchandise to me. LOST MAIL: please contact me if you don't receive your purchase within 4 weeks. If a delivery should really be lost on transportation, I will remake the purchase and send it again, or refund the costs, shipping costs included, if I cannot remake the item.
If the tracking system says "Item delivered" and you didn't receive it, you will have to check with your local post office what happened. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do in this situation. You receive the tracking number from me every time I send out an item. Please follow up on it with your local post online.

UNCLAIMED packages will eventually arrive back to me as I send everything registered. In that case you have 2 options: either you pay once more the shipping costs and I will repackage them and send them again to you, or I can refund the price of the item/s without the shipping costs.
Payment
I accept all Etsy payments methods.
Shipping
- All my items are ready to be shipped imediatelly.
- I will only ship to the adress on the ETSY ORDER. Once you have placed an order in my shop and i ship it, you will receive a notice specifying the tracking number for your item, so you can check on its status at all times.
- I am shipping from Monday to Friday via Romanian Postal service as priority registered mail.
- Please alow 5 - 10 working days for Europe and 14 - 16 working days for other continents, but in a very few cases may take 3-4 weeks. Items purchased between November 20 to December 31, might have large delays.
- I can not be responsible for delays.
- What i can tell you for sure is that up now no package has been lost and all customers got their items in perfect conditions.
- Shipping costs are automatically combined by Etsy. So if you buy more than 1 item, the shipping costs will be reduced for each additional item in your cart.
-Customs regulations and procedures are beyond the control of the USPS or the seller.
-Items may be held up in customs offices that may delay your shipment until it is released to your local postal service carrier.

While the order is in US customs do not have any information.
In other countries tracking number can be used all the time.
