Payment
I accept Paypal. You can still check out using paypal, even if you do not have an official Paypal account.

Payment is due upfront, and no items will be customized without payment being received in full. If you do not pay for a listing within 24 hours, I will cancel the order, and relist the item. This includes Custom/Reserved listings.

If you have purchased a listing from us, and have failed to keep up with communication, a refund is not allowed after 72 hours, unless arrangements have been made, like paying in advance to make sure you get into the next available design time slot. Reason being, we work on a first come first serve basis, we coordinate our schedule with our orders, and if you duck out, and show up unexpectedly 3 months later, it is not fair for us or our other design clients, to stop their production time.
Shipping
All files are shipped via e-mail, so there are no shipping charges!!! Woo Whoo!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

* All sets are premade, all remain the same, but with your information, unless contacted and arrangements have been made, at an additional fee.


♦♦ Where Should I Print?! ♦♦
I recommend Vistaprint.com for almost everything, they are a great company to work with, are very reliable, and their products are top notch. I also really like Uprinting.com and Zazzle.com

*All Images are intended for personal use ONLY! They can not be resold, mass produced, or duplicated in anyway.

*All designs are created at 300 dpi and all print items are done in CMYK format

*Please note that all computer monitors are different, and colors may not be exactly as viewed once printed.

* You CAN print your products from home, if this is what you choose, please let me know so I can properly set up your files. But with the cost of printer ink, and time with cutting, we often recommend hitting the deals from Vistaprint, it's actually pretty cost effective!

*Unfortunately because of the volume of work I receive at this time, I can't offer technical support for everyone, I do have "cheat sheets" to help you when applicable

* All Premade orders will be sent to you via e-mail within 2 business days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise discussed, or stated on the item listing.

* If you are looking for a file for a promotional item that we do not have listed, please feel free to contact us, if we have time available, we would be more than happy to work with you!

* We do like to support other graphic designers! We will sometime integrate other purchased designs into my material, but I do not claim the copyright to their designs
(nothing to do with you, but saves my tush)

*I use WIX as my web host because there are a lot of benefits for my clients, it has an easy format with no need for HTML, XHTML, or CSS knowledge for updating, which is awesome to help keep costs down for a small business. It is also great because I know the software, and I can produce your site quickly, keeping both of our costs down!

*GoDaddy is our Favorite Domain Provider
