Announcement    Just an update, like a lot of small shops , Dino Rawr had a very rough 2022. With the drop
In sales , I had to return to the work force outside of my house. Orders are going out on my days off. I used to have things pumped out daily but with my works schedule and my kids it’s just to hard to get them out everyday. I am hoping 2023 will bring my shop back to life but until then I must do this balance thing. I appreciate your support and hope you shop with us this year.

Halloween season in 2023 will be a lot different so stay tuned for those details.

I will also be on vacation jan 20-30th. If you order while I am on vacation it won’t ship until I return. If you order anything that I need to order fabrics for after January 5th, it won’t ship until the 30th. The fabrics are custom made so take 2.5 weeks to arrive so that is why it won’t arrive in time before I leave. I will still be ordering supplies and things as orders come in and answering emails. Be patient as I am on vacation.

🕸 read all of my policies before ordering .

🕷 read every listing , so all the correct information is given. Please understand , I am still dealing with shortages of things, and shipping delays during holiday seasons. With supply shortage , I might have to change a few details or colors on items. It’s been a struggle but I might have to leave out a small detail or change a fabric color. I try my best to get everything as close as possible. No refunds or exchanges.

🎃 order early. I get orders out faster until mid august , it gets crazy. My orders are 1-3 weeks depending on what your ordering. If I have to order fabric , its 2.5 -3 weeks. Most costumes that don’t require fabric to be ordered go out within a week.

👻 all sales are final. Please ready my policies. If I make a mistake , I will correct it. Detailed pictures are taken of each item before shipping.

👽 orders are closed
If your ordering anything that requires me to order fabric, the cutoff date is October 1st. I will not take any orders past that date. I will no longer take last minute orders because shipping is unreliable. I have no control over usps delays.

🧙🏻‍♀️ Make sure to contact me before ordering to approve anything in the sellers notes box. Please don’t say I need it by this date. I need to approve it first. I get around 300-600 orders from July-October. If you need it quicker than my shop time, I have a $15 fee to add to your cart. It will bump your item to the top but I have to approve it first , some items can’t be shipped faster because if fabrics that need to be ordered.

🦖 No refunds for shipping delays. Shipping is
Totally out of my control. Once my package is scanned , the usps delivers it to you. I can’t make your package come faster, and I can’t prevent delays. We are living in times that delays are happening everywhere. It’s very rare it happens, but occasionally does.

🦩make sure to upgrade your shipping to priority. First class comes with no insurance . If your package is lost or damaged, I will not refund or replace it . If you use priority , you get up to $50 insurance if lost or damaged. When you click buy, your agreeing to those terms. It’s worth the protection. Priority is estimated at 2/4 days but usps no longer holds by that and it’s an estimate.

🦄 please be kind , I am doing this all by myself and handmade takes time. I have 2 kids in sports, school, and lots of activities. I balance everything and working 16 hour days to create your items. If you don’t like my prices please don’t buy and leave me negative reviews. That’s not fair to me because everything is stated clearly. When you click buy you’re agreeing to my prices, my ship times, and policies. Each order price includes, supplies ,Etsy fees, and my time. As everything, supplies have gone up in price. I have had to adjust.

Ordering FAQ

1. Please read all my policies and each item description before placing an order. If you have questions, please ask before ordering. I don’t do refunds or exchanges for in correct sizing. I am a small business not a large company. When you click buy, your agreeing with all my policies, shipping times, and item descriptions ( sizing, color choices, ect….)

2. Your purchases come with first class shipping. Upgrade to priority shipping. I have two separate listings depending on your item you are purchasing. Priority can’t guaranteed 2/3 days but it’s an estimate. Please know that when purchasing the upgrade. Please refer to my shipping info all details. Purchasing priority doesn’t make your order ship faster, it’s how fast it comes after it’s shipped . If you need an order faster purchase my rush fee listing. Just add it to your cart after you confirm that I can do it. That moves your order to the top. No refunds for shipping delays! If I am shipping within my shipping times, or if you order last minute , it isn’t my fault if usps has delays. I’m not the post office. I will not refund for shipping delays or packages not arriving on time. No refunds for rush fees.

3. I am a custom made shop, not ready to ship. Please be patient as handmade takes time. I guarantee it’s worth the wait.

4. Please read each listing before purchasing. All the details are in the item description. Never purchase without reading it. It might have size charts, updated info, ect.. If you have any questions, please reach out .

5. My shipping time is 1/ 3 weeks depending on the item your purchasing. Anything that needs fabric ordered, is a longer shipping time. With Covid there are still delays with fabric and supplies. Please be kind and understand that I am running a business during crazy times and just taking it day by day.

6. Please don’t leave a negative review without letting me try and fix the issue. It isn’t fair to myself that I put everything into my orders and sometimes something might not be right or I make a mistake. I am human. This is what feeds my family and provides for them.


7. I don’t offer discounts at this time. There are many reasons why I don’t. I do one sale a year in my Facebook group. I am a handmade shop and each item includes my time, cost of supplies, and Etsy fees . I also offer free
shipping.


8. If someone has used or taken your information and used it without you knowing or an order has been placed without your knowledge, you need to contact Etsy directly to report it. I will not refund for this because this needs to be handled by the fraud department. After you contact Etsy ,you need to contact your credit card company to report fraud and get a new card issued. Make a police report if necessary. I don’t handle fraud situations.

9. All custom order listings have to be paid within 48 hours or they are cancelled. If you need more time, send me a message .
10. My business hours are Monday - Friday 9- 4 . I don’t answer messages on Saturday’s and Sunday’s . The weekends are for my kids and family. Please understand that when sending a message, that I will contact during my regular business hours.

11. When you order from my shop is a 1/3
week ship time. Depending on the items your ordering. If I need to Order fabric it can be 2-3
Weeks. I custom make each item and it takes time to do. If you need it sooner , please contact me before you order, and I might be able to accommodate you. I have a $15 rush fee that you can apply. Please, don’t assume I can and put that in the seller notes. It will arrive based on the shipping time listed. It does tell you when your package will arrive. When you click buy , your agreeing to my shipping time. There are no refunds or cancellations for this because it’s clearly shown. Please read all my shops info before ordering.

• Please make sure addresses are correct. Apartment buildings and numbers have to be included. Usps is returning packages that don’t have it on them. There are no refunds on incorrect addresses or returns. If it’s returned the buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. I will not refund if it’s returned to me. I ship where Etsy tells me to ship. When you checkout , check your address before you hit the order button.

• Make sure you read each listing and put what info I need in the seller notes. It saves me so much time and I can get orders out faster. If colors aren’t picked , I pick the most popular color . No refunds for this.

• If your wanting something custom with an item, You have to message me before ordering. I will need to create a custom listing and add any extra fees if they apply. If you put something in the seller notes without me confirming, it won’t be applied to your order. No refunds given for this.

• Colors vary from phone to phone and screen to screen. I try my best to show true colors but understand sometimes it can vary. If you have any questions or need help with an exact color please message me before ordering.

• I don’t take refunds any longer but only for special cases. The buyer is responsible for the shipping to return. There is also a 25% restocking fee. When your item is returned you will receive a refund minus $4-$10 shipping. Depending on what is spent on shipping your order. Please keep that in mind when you see your refund. If you need to cancel an order it has to be cancelled within one hour of placing. After an hour there is a 25% fee.

• Free shipping is only for first class in the USA. Priority mail starts at $9 . This is for anything that can fit into a flat rate Priority mail envelope. ( bird capes, hamburger costumes, monster tails , and Dino tails won’t fit into these envelopes. The price for priority for those items starts at $14 . Priority mail is how fast the package arrives after it’s shipped. It doesn’t bump your order to the top. There is a listing for a $15 bump fee to rush your order. International shipping isn’t free shipping.
First class has no insurance on the package , so if your item is damaged or lost there isn’t anything I can do besides help you track it. I don’t give refunds for this because I sent the package , USPS lost /damaged it. There is no protection shipping first class. If you choose first class , you agree that if your package is lost or damaged , that I don’t give refunds . I highly recommend paying for priority especially with all the mailing issues lately. This also includes any shipping delays. Delays are out of my control. If you want priority starts at $9 -$14. There is a$50 insurance on your package if it’s lost or damaged. If your package says delivered , contact the post office and they will give you location of your package. IF the package shows delivered , please check with neighbors, the post office, and if its still not found, a police report needs to be made. I don't ship replacements. Let me add priority isnt guaranteed , but an estimate. So, if it arrives after the 2-3 days , unfortunately that is the risk your taking shipping last minute. No refunds.

Love at first Dino

I am a mom for two wonderful children Henry and Marielle. They are my true inspiration for Dino Rawr. I am nine years into this business And it has been an amazing roller coaster . All my products are made custom for you. I don't like to just sell something I make. I want it to be exactly what your looking for and that your in love with it when it arrives at your door step. I am a fabric addict so I ❤️ creating new things. You will always see something new in my shop.
