Distinctivs Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when Integrated Design Solutions, Inc. (dba Distinctivs) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services. We sell physical party supplies and celebration products exclusively to customers in the United States.

1. Information We Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information if you contact us directly (for example, if you have a question about a custom order).
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support. We do not collect information beyond what is needed for these purposes.

2. Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

• Shipping Carriers & Fulfillment Providers. To fulfill your order, we share your name and shipping address with trusted third-party shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) and fulfillment providers. We share only the information necessary to complete delivery of your order.
• Business Transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with Laws. We may retain and share your information if we have a good faith belief it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, or address fraud and other illegal activity or security issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers or others.

If you opt in to our email newsletter or marketing list, we will use your email address to send you promotional communications about our products and offers. Your consent is entirely voluntary and you may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us directly. We will not use your email address for marketing purposes unless you have given us your explicit consent.
