Announcement Ditton Pottery Studios was started in 1995 in the basement of my parents home. After graduating from Alfred University, my parents gave me a place to create and begin my business. They believed that God had given me a talent to be shared with others.Since that time, I have married my wonderful wife, have two beautiful children along with a business and trade that I love. Ditton Pottery Studios is a labor of love with each piece handmade from start to finish. Each piece is touched by the potter's hands at least 5 times before it becomes a finished piece of art. I just received my cute as a button cruet today, so I thought I’d show off my “collection”. It all started with the utensil holder when my heart stopped when I saw it. It is absolutely EXQUISITE. Raw, earthy texture dripping into a mellow band of water that then becomes smooth as silk & absolutely elegant & sophisticated. So then the sponge holder, the fantastic coffee cup & now the sweetest cruet. You will find yourself touching & admiring every inch. I’ve never seen more beautiful pottery. Kudos as always 🤍
