Welcome, thank you for visiting Ditty Drops!
We are a two person girlfriend (Meredith) and boyfriend (Tom) team working out of either our New York, USA or London, United Kingdom studios. We create jewelry, prints, greeting cards, and totes from Meredith's illustrations. Currently we are located in our London location, so please bear in mind that all shipments will be sent from the United Kingdom (see below for approximate shipping times to your location). We hope you find something you love in our shop and invite a little more art into your everyday life... Wear Art Everyday!

HOLIDAY ORDER SHIPPING DEADLINES:
USA - 9th of December
CANADA - 4th of December
WESTERN EUROPE - 10th of December
AUSTRALIA - 1st of December
EASTERN EUROPE - 3rd of December
UK - Second Class - 15th of December
First Class - 17th of December

You will receive a personal note from us via Etsy once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME
• All orders are sent from the United Kingdom within 1 to 3 days of cleared payment, with the exception of custom orders wherein processing times can be up to 1 week.
• Inland (United Kingdom) orders are shipped via 2nd class, delivery aim is 1 to 3 working days after posting.
• European Union orders are shipped via Airmail, delivery aim is 3 to 5 working days following day of posting.
• Outside Europe orders (USA, Canada, Australia etc.) are shipped via Airmail, delivery aim is 5 to 7 working days following date of posting.
*Please bear in mind that these are the delivery aims given by the United Kingdom Royal Mail service and are not guaranteed. Shipping times can often be delayed during the busy holiday season and during times of harsh weather conditions.
• We ship to the address given on the Etsy invoice, please ensure that it is correct.
• If you need to make a change to your address after payment please contact us with the changes as soon as possible.
QUICKER DELIVERY & TRACKING
• We are happy to arrange quicker delivery with the added peace of mind of a tracking number via Royal Mails Airsure service for an additional fee. If you are interested in upgrading your order to Airsure please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can set up a custom listing for you. The shipping charge is usually about an additional $10 in addition to standard shipping costs.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged by their respective countries or states.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your order or service for any reason please contact us with your query before leaving feedback. We always aim to make sure you are 100% pleased with your experience at Ditty Drops. We will happily due our best to reconcile any concerns you might have.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Are always welcome.
• We accept returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of your orders arrival. A refund will be given, or an exchange delivered, once your item has been received.
• Alternatively, you may send us photo documentation of paid postage for the returned item for quicker refund or exchange delivery.
• An order is considered lost if it has not been received after 6 weeks from the posting date.
• Please notify us of the lost item and we will file a claim with Etsy.
• We will then resend the item to you or refund you, whichever you prefer.

• Coupon codes are not valid towards custom order purchases.

• We are not accepting consignment orders at this time.
