Thanks for taking a look at my work! I'm a jewelry nut, and over the years and through my travels I've collected lots of beautiful pieces. I started making jewelry in 2005 and I've been making my own glass beads almost that long. It's a great creative outlet for me, and I constantly strive to make pieces that are "different" and truly unique.

It's important to me that you love your DivaKami design. Each piece is handmade, and occasionally a piece will need repair. I promise free repairs on any item that's suffered from too much "love", as long as it's within my ability to fix. Just contact me at diva_k17 [!at] hotmail.com and I can tell you what can be done!

Finally, I'm always open to custom requests and happy to work on making a piece fit for you. Just convo or email me!

Payment

For all purchases I accept PayPal. For special offers, such as free shipping, I will refund you the appropriate PayPal amount.

Tax is charged for Texas state residents.

For custom orders over $20, I request a 50% up-front payment that can be handled via PayPal. This amount is fully refundable prior to shipment if for any reason you are not happy with the piece created. Upon request for a custom piece, I will post a listing valued at 50% of the total item cost. Once that 50% payment is received, I will create the item and email you photos. If you like what you see, I will create a second posting to cover the remaining 50% and shipping fees. Once that payment is received, the item will be shipped to you. Got any questions? Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, I ship via United States Postal Service First Class. Your item will be carefully packed and shipped either in a padded envelope or a small box. Gift wrap is available upon request. Shipping costs include packaging and handling.

In most cases, items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment via PayPal. If I am traveling or unable to ship your item, I will notify you and you may cancel the purchase if you like, or I will ship as soon as possible.

Items are not insured. I am not responsible for any loss or damage on the part of the lovely Postal Service. If you would like faster shipping, shipping/delivery confirmation or insurance on a package, please notify me in the notes of your purchases.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: I am not responsible for any non-U.S. postal service errors, and cannot guarantee delivery in your country. Nor will I list an item as a "gift" on customs declarations, since this can leave me liable for prosecution. The purchaser is responsible for all customs, duties and tariffs in their own country.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the sad event that you get your item and don't love it, never fear. Simply package it back up carefully and mail it back to me. I will either refund the cost of the item, or exchange it for something of equal value. Sadly, I can't refund postage, since that's an out-of-pocket cost for me... but I will ship your new item for free on a one-time item return.

Because I ship USPS, and take care in shipping, I'm not responsible for loss or damage. However, if you'd like to pay for insurance, convo me and we can add that price - then if the package is lost or damaged, I'll refund the full cost. IF I can verify that the item is lost in shipping, I will refund the item cost ONLY, not shipping. However, in order to protect my business, this refund is at my own discretion. International buyers - I am not liable for any packages once they leave the U.S. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, contact me and we can arrange insurance. I will not replace or refund the cost of items not delivered internationally.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of the items listed on Etsy are occasionally on sale at trunk shows. I do my VERY best to remove sold items as soon as possible after a show, but sometimes there are operator errors. If you buy a piece that has already sold locally, I will either refund the whole amount, or you can select another item.

Many of the items I offer are one-of-a-kind pieces made from handmade or limited availability materials. However, if you love something that's already sold, let me know and there's always a possibility I can make something similar.

Metal allergies? Let me know!! I have clear quartz toggle clasps that can be used with silk cord to re-string necklaces in some cases, for only $5 more.

Want a different length? Or want it in silver or gold instead? Convo me!

Need rubber backs (bumpers) for french wire earrings? Just let me know in the notes of your purchase and I'll throw 'em in for free.
