Frequently asked questions
How long do the candles burn for?

-4 oz. candles: 15-20+ hours (Perfect sample size, ideal for small rooms)
-7 oz. candles: 40-45+ hours (Works best in large rooms or living rooms)
-8 oz. candles: 20+ hours (Great all around size, ideal for large rooms. The double-wick burns faster but much stronger)
-14 oz. candles: 45-50+ hours (This is the candle you want if you need to fill up an entire floor of a house!)

Care instructions

*Let your candle form a complete wax pool each time you burn it. This prevents tunneling and allows your candle to burn evenly all the way down to the bottom.

*Keep out of reach of pets and children. Do not burn candle unattended. Avoid burning your candle in drafty areas.

Soy Wax Characteristics

Your candle may have a white-ish or crystal like appearance. This is called frosting. Frosting is a normal trait of soy wax and does not affect the scent or quality. Refunds are not given due to frosting as it's not a flaw but a characteristic. Your candle may not be completely smooth on top which is also another trait of soy wax.

At times soy wax may appear to not be adhered to the glass in certain areas. This is not a flaw but a characteristic of soy wax. It does not affect the scent or quality of your candle and refunds are not given due to this trait.

Damaged or Delayed Orders

We ship the majority or our orders via USPS and have had a great success rate. In the rare event that an order does arrive damaged, please take 2-3 photos of the damaged item in the box that you received it in. Please contact us as soon as possible and send the photos (this is for USPS insurance purposes). We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

The majority or our orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days. Although it is not a common problem, orders can get delayed during shipment. If your order is delayed during shipment, please understand that we can not control this. We are not responsible for delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please make sure you use the correct shipping address when you complete your purchase. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address then you (the buyer) are responsible for additional postage for us to ship it to the correct address.

If you live in an apartment, sometimes there is not a secure location to leave your package. If this happens, USPS will leave a notice in your mailbox that your package is available for pickup at your local post office. They will typically hold your package for 30 days and if it's not picked up then it will be sent back to us. If we receive your package back due to being unclaimed, we will refund you back for the product but NOT the cost of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

A refund or exchange can take place if the item is returned to us in its original condition. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive the item back we will be happy to issue a refund or ship out a new item (exchange).
