What started off as a little family project in Orange County, CA, somehow turned into a full-time business endeavor. Divine Jewel has been running since April 2nd, 2010. Divine Jewel has expanded a variety of custom-made bridal and special occasion jewelry.
We have a wide collection of items from our stock; or if there is something in particular that you would like, we specialize in customizing jewelry that will fit your specific needs for your occasion. Every item is created with YOU in mind!!
We are so grateful for all of the brides and other individuals for sharing their wedding photos and letting us be a part of their special day/occasion. Looking forward to serving you for your special day!

Shop policies
Orders are shipped in 4-6 business days after being placed, by USPS first class mail 3-5 business days for delivery.
If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please contact me prior to order and I'm happy to let you know which postage method will work best.
**Please note that by upgrading shipping to priority does not mean that your item will ship faster. This option expedites delivery time only. Priority mail does not expedite production. Let me know via convo if you need an item sooner and I'll try to accommodate something for you if possible.**
International orders are usually delivered in two weeks, but sometimes it can take up to two months.

Returns and exchange details
I do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me before leaving feedback.
Returns are not accepted unless an item is defective. I carefully inspect all items before shipping but will be happy to accommodate if I miss something. If something is defective please let us know within three days of receiving the item and send it back within three days for replacement or to be fixed. If for any reason you need more time please let me know. A worn item, altered, or mishandled can not be returned even if it's faulty, but I'm happy to fix it if possible depending on the condition and the time it's been on your possession. Each case is evaluated before making a decision.
We do not accept returns on earrings (for hygienic reasons) and custom or special orders. Earrings and custom orders are not exchangeable no exceptions, but adjustments can be made for an additional fee.

All packages ship out by USPS First Class with tracking information.
**Please note that by upgrading shipping to priority doesn't mean that your item will be produced and/or send out faster as every item is made to order. Let me know via convo if you need an item sooner and I'm happy try to accommodate something different for you if possible.**
I strongly suggest to purchase insurance for domestic and international buyers. If a package is lost during transit, the post office won't take any responsibility unless insurance is purchased. Please contact me for a quote, insurance is based on the value of the item.
If a package is expedited either to priority or express, for domestic shipping please know that I can't guarantee delivery even if postage is upgraded, as sometimes delays can happen. For international buyers take in consideration, delays, custom clearance in each country, most of the times they're delivered by the time promised by the USPS but this is not something I can control.
International buyers please allow 7-10 days for your package to be delivered, but some countries can take up to two months. I can only estimate shipping time not delivery as this is out of my control. Please know that once the item leaves my shop I'm not responsible for any fees related to duty, customs this is your responsibility.
If for any reason whether it's a domestic or international package comes back to us because the wrong address was provided, the package was never claimed due to customs fees, unable to deliver etc. You're responsible for new postage and for this reason a refund can't be given. As we did our job creating the items, packaging and sending it/them.
