I started buying crystals and learning about them and just loved it so much that I opened my shop and started selling crystals. I get the beautiful crystals directly from a wholesale warehouse so that I can give you the best prices on quality crystals. I hand pick the beautiful crystals and choose high quality crystals. I really enjoy working with crystals and enjoy watching my shop grow every day.

I pack everything very well to prevent damage but if you do receive anything damaged then please contact me within 3 days of receiving damaged item. If you fail to contact me after the time frame then I will not replace the damaged item.

Shipping
We drop off all orders to the post office either the same day or next day, depending when we get the order. Please note: Our post office does not scan packages when they get them. The packages are only scanned once they arrive in the state that they are being delivered in.

All items will be shipped USPS first class mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

We combine shipping on multiple orders. Please note, we charge a small handling fee to each order that covers the material used to ship the item. We also refund any shipping overages on multiple orders if any..
Additional policies and FAQs
Any packages that are refused or sent back to us without our knowledge will not get a refund period.. The package will be rejected and the post office can keep it.. it will be your loss.. The same applies to international shipping.. If you refuse to pick up because you don't want to pay custom duties or VAT fees then that will be your loss. I don't have time for people playing games with me.

The International buyer is responsible for any and all custom duty/VAT charges.

We do not off returns and exchanges and we do not cancel orders as all sales are final.

Crystals and Irregularities

Please note: Mother nature isn't perfect and some crystals or stones may have naturally occurring inclusions, cracks, nicks, chips, holes, rough spots, age spots, lines, marbling or any other irregularities. This is part of nature and it is the natural formation of the crystal or stone.

Items Recieved

We guarantee that the item you see in the picture will be the exact item you will receive.. unlike with some other sellers who post a beautiful picture of the item but you end up with something similar that really doesn't look much like the picture at all.

We do our best by trying to take the best photos of the items we sell, but please keep in mind that color may differ slightly due to the different resolutions on everyone's computer.

How Fast Do You Ship?

I usually ship the same day or next, depending on the time of day and if I am home at the time.

Please Note: My post office does not scan packages and most of the time the package won't show a update until it reaches the state its going to be delivered in. So don't get worried if you don't see an update on your tracking number.

Custom Orders: Bling Candle Holders and Candles can take anywhere from 1 day to 3 days, depending on how many ordered.

Package Refusal & Shipped to Wrong Address

All sales are final and any packages that are refused and sent back to me will be rejected, which means that package will be a free gift to the post office. There will be no refund!

Any items shipped to the wrong address (which the customer provided) and returned to me will require an additional shipping fee to reship it to the correct address. So please make sure your shipping address is updated and correct.
