ORDERING INFORMATION
Please read listings in their entirety before ordering an item. The listing will provide information about sizes, printing, downloading and more. All instant download items will be delivered exactly as shown in the picture sample. Since these items are delivered instantly, changes requested in notes to seller will not be applied. Any requests for changes to instant download or personalized items must be requested PRIOR to ordering. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested. Please note that all item are for personal use only. Items may not be resold after purchase. Please contact me PRIOR to ordering with any questions regarding allowed use.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the products sold in this shop, refunds will not be issued once the order has been delivered. For instant download, as soon as payment is completed, the item becomes non-refundable since the file is delivered upon purchase. For personalized orders, once the item has been completed and emailed, it will be non-refundable. For personalized items, if a request is made prior to completion, I am happy to issue a refund.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer printing services?
At this time, we do not offer any printing or shipping services. However, since all of the files are digital files, you may print any of the signs, banners, and party decor at a print shop of your choice (i.e. Staples, OfficeDepot, Coscto, Walmart, etc). Once you download the file(s) to you computer, you may upload to a print shop and have shipped to your home or pick up in store.
Printable iron on transfers must be printed at home, as professional print shops do not offer printing on iron on transfer paper.

How do I download my file(s)?
For instant download files:
ETSY automatically sends an email to the email address on file with ETSY within a few minutes of your purchase clearing.
You can also access your file anytime by clicking on "you" at the top of ETSY and by clicking on "purchases & reviews". There will be a "download files" button next to your order.
For Templett items:
An email will automatically be sent to the email address that you have on file with Etsy. If your email address is incorrect on Etsy, please let me know so that I can manually send you the access link.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or need assistance downloading your files.
What type of paper should I print on?
Full printing instructions for your item can be found in the item description.
We recommend printing signs, banners, cupcake toppers, etc on white letter sized (8.5"x11") cardstock (65 lbs+).
Items like water bottle wrappers, 2" circles, etc can also be printed on full sheet (8.5"x11") labels for stickers.
Printable Iron On Transfers must be printed on iron on transfer paper. We recommend using light colored shirts and printing on the light/white iron on transfer paper.
If you need help selecting the best paper type for your item(s), please feel free to contact us.
How long is your turnaround time?
Instant Download items will be sent to your email address within a few minutes of purchase. Instant Download Templett items will also be sent to the email address on file with Etsy. Those items will be emailed within 10 minutes of purchase or as soon as payment clears both Etsy and Templett.
All personalized/custom items will be sent within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please note that "business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
