I recently planned and DIY'ed my own wedding, and now I am saving other brides time and stress by helping them with their projects too!
All payments must be made within 3 days after you place your order. Otherwise, your purchase will be re-listed and the order canceled if payment is not made within 3 days.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Your hanger will not be created until payment is received and cleared. Please note that if you choose to pay by eCheck, your order will be delayed up to an additional 5 business days.
I ship in BRAND NEW sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes, with each hanger protected by bubble wrap as well. The cost of shipping includes the cost of the brand new cardboard box, the bubble wrap, and the cost of postage.
PLEASE READ IF PURCHASING A SHIPPING UPGRADE TO PRIORITY EXPRESS:
There is a high variance in the cost of Priority Express Mail shipping costs in the USA. I have entered a cost that will cover shipping from IN to CA. Please note that orders shipping to AK or HI may incur additional shipping charges. I will refund any additional postage paid on Priority Express shipping upgrades. If you would like to have a firm quote for the cost of Priority Express for your zip code, please convo me before placing your order.
Shipping is through USPS. If upgraded or expedited shipping is desired, or if you would like to insure your purchase, simply email me before placing your order and I will be happy to accommodate you.
Please note that I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. If you would like to purchase insurance to protect against loss or damage during shipping, you need to let me know before placing your order.
It is fully the buyer's responsibility to request and pay for all shipping fees, including insurance against loss or damage and tracking!
Furthermore, if your item is damaged or lost during shipping, it is YOUR responsibility to file a claim with the post office. If your item was damaged during shipping, you must retain the packaging and damaged item in order to file your claim with the post office. Keep in mind that you may be subject to a 30 day waiting period to file a claim on lost items. If you need any information from me in order to file your claim, please let me know, and I will do what I can to assist you prove that the item was either lost or damaged in transit.
Please see my processing time noted in each listing. That does not mean your item will arrive to you within that time frame, please allow another 3-5 business days for standard domestic shipping. If you need your item less than 3 weeks from the time of your order YOU MUST CONVO ME FIRST to be sure I can accommodate your request. If you place your order without confirming your rush request, your order may be canceled at my discretion!
I ship to the address that is provided by Etsy. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. If you are unsure, please provide an accurate shipping address in the Note to DivineWine at checkout.
I ship via First Class International Mail which does NOT include tracking. Please convo me BEFORE placing an order if you wish to upgrade your international shipping. I cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders, as packages can get delayed during the customs portion of the shipping process. If you need your hangers by a certain date, I highly suggest you upgrade your shipping so that you may track your package and/or have the ability to file a claim with the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Insurance is available to be purchased. Convo me before purchase to arrange for insuring your package during shipment. I am not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
Custom orders are non-refundable. All other orders, I will refund your money, less shipping costs, and you are responsible for shipping costs back to me. Refund will be processed once the item has been received back in my hands and inspected for any damage or misuse.
If there is an error on my behalf with your order (i.e. wrong wire color used), I will ship your corrected hanger to you for free, as well as reimburse you for any shipping charges you incur getting the wrong hanger sent back to me.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Each item is handmade by my own two hands, so there will be slight differences in each hanger created. Also, due to the hangers being made of real wood, there may be slight characteristics in the wood or slight variances in the color of the hanger. Every effort will be made to select hangers for group orders that are of the same shade of natural finish or cherry finish.
I create ALL of my hangers using ONLY lowercase letters. The sole exception made is for the "I" in "I do".
I offer group discounts (however, any additional promotion will not apply to group orders) and group shipping. Please convo me for details and/or to set up your reserved listing.
