We try to give an accurate description of all our items.

If you have any questions for us about any item please contact us through ETSY.

If by chance you are not satisfied please contact us via Etsy and we will refund your purchase less the shipping charges after receiving the item back.

We DO NOT refund return shipping costs!

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Payment
Once you purchase from us we ask that you pay within five days.

We accept Pay Pal, personal checks or money orders.

If paying by check we will wait for the check to clear before shipping your item.

A 6.50% fee is charged to all Michigan sales.

If you choose to cancel your purchase please refer to Etsy's policies.

Expect your purchase in 5 to seven business days if living in the United States. At this time we cannot give you a time frame of delivery of other countries.
Shipping
Being Green WE DO use recycled material for some of our shipping.

We Ship by USPS Priority Mail and Federal Express and on occasion (for larger pieces). All sent with Delivery confirmation.

For Damaged items sent via USPS you need to contact us first and WE file a claim with USPS.
After WE begin the Insurance Claims at USPS you will need to provide us with a picture of the damaged item. Look on your invoice for the Insurance Mail Receipt Number.
After USPS notifies us that the claim is verified we refund your money.

Any damaged Items sent via Federal Express you need to send us a JPEG picture(s) of the item and we file the claim. After you have sent the pictures to us (and not until the pictures are sent) we refund your money

We like to eliminate the frustration of breakage for both of us and save time and trouble in the long run.

For International sales if sent via Registered Mail which is an additional $11.50 this is included in your original shipping fees. When receiving your delivery confirmation we will include for you the Registration Number, please maintain that information for your records.

If by chance your items arrives broken please email us for the best possible way to receive a refund, every county is different in handling different situations. Let us try to find the best possible way to help you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We allow a 7 day window for Domestic returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

After receiving your returned product and check it out to make sure it is in the same condition that we shipped it to you we refund your money for the original cost of the purchase plus the original shipping cost.

WE DO NOT REFUND the cost to you for the returned shipping cost!

For International Sales we allow a 3 week window for the product to get to us.
