When the proof was emailed, it said to reach out if anything was wrong. My phone number was listed incorrectly. I have reached out multiple times asking for this to be corrected with no reply. I will be ask for a full refund as this invitation is useless with incorrect information. Looking at reviews, this seems to be a common issue. This is a shame. Poor, non-existent customer service.

I am happy with the invitation once I received it. I chose to do a downloadable invitation b/c I needed it quickly. I read the time frame that it takes, which was a template would be sent to me for review within 24-48 hours. 48 hrs passed & I hadn’t received anything. I messaged the seller and 24 hours after sending the message, I sent another one. Later that day I finally received the invitation. Had I at least gotten an apology for the delay I would not be writing this review. The seller did not acknowledge the delay or not responding to my messages at all. I wanted to be able to send the invitations with my son to school so he could give them out but because I didn’t receive the file until Friday afternoon, I wasn’t able to do that and had to pick up some invitations from Target and sent those. Very disappointing!

I ordered this item since May 11th 2021. My Item has yet to ship. I contacted the shop more than once and have yet to receive an answer to all three of my messages. I find this extremely unprofessional. I have purchased various items here on Etsy and by far this has been my worst experience. I would NEVER recommend anyone to make purchases with this shop.

We love our Save the Dates! Quick turn around and super easy! We've gotten so many compliments!

The turn around for my invite was so quick and I loved the finished product. I was easily able to take the file to my local staples and get them printed and I got so many compliments from parent’s on the invite. I will definitely contact this shop again for future invites need.
