Returns and exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Because of this we accept returns. Because we offer so many variations we do not try to resell the returned items therefore we do require a 25% restocking fee. If order arrives damaged we will replace your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We would ask you to provide pictures of the damage, exterior of the box and shipping label. Since all of our packages are insured we would replace the item for you at no cost.

All order are sent with tracking via USPS (Estimated delivery)in which verification of delivery is recorded. Kindly note that we are not liable should your item(s) be stolen from your listed address once delivered. If your address is not secure, we recommend providing a more secure delivery location or requesting a Signature Service at the time of order. If the package is returned to us because a signature was not available, then the buyer would be responsible for return to sender shipping cost. What is wood veneer

Wood veneer is a thin slice of real wood applied to a substrate to give the appearance of solid wood while reducing cost and weight.
Definition and Composition
Wood veneer consists of thin slices of natural wood, typically ranging from 0.1 to 6 mm in thickness, that are glued onto a stable base such as plywood, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), or particleboard to create flat panels for furniture, cabinetry, doors, and flooring. Unlike laminates, veneer is made from real wood, so each sheet has a unique grain pattern and color variation. This allows for the natural beauty of wood to be showcased without using large amounts of solid timber.
