Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We take the utmost care and concern to make sure you will be pleased with your order. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us at 1-845-981-7330 for a return authorization within 5 days of receipt. Please note, your return authorization number will expire 5 days after issuance. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment as long as the items are unused and in original packaging. We DO NOT accept returns on partial orders, personalized or custom orders . Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges to return us.
We highly advise that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method (UPS). Returned items MUST include your full name and order number.

CHANGE FEE: ($25.00)
Once your order is submitted, it will be considered 'in processing'. Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25.00 per order as we process our orders very quickly. Changes include but are not limited to personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Exchange Policy for Personalized Items
We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as we cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. We will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only! Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date as this will help alleviate *Rush-shipping charges. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date No Exceptions! All merchandise returns/exchanges must have an RA NUMBER.
Payment
CANCELLATION POLICY:
**Please note, once your order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Personalization on our items are started immediately and are permanent, once started the item cannot be returned to inventory. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to submitting your order. Sorry there are NO Exceptions!
Shipping
Most orders ship from our warehouse within 3-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Certain Personalized Items can take a few days longer. We Ship via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. STANDARD SHIPPING is 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
**It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If a package is left at the door by USPS, UPS, FEDEX or any other mail carrier, it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt. Non-Delivery Policy:
Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apt. #, Floor, or Suite #.
We will NOT submit lost claim packages to any mail carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate with shipping company to resolve any delivery issues.
All non-deliverable items or refused packages are subject to a return shipping fee, this amount will be deducted from your total refund.
**Any address change requests after receiving your order are subject to a $25.00 change fee
Additional policies and FAQs
Please call our customer service representatives at 1-845-981-7330 to inform us of the damage. You must provide us with photos to show damages. Once the photos are reviewed, we will issue credit or send you replacements, at our discretion. We will make every effort to correct the problem. All damage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receiving your order. We urge you to place orders within a reasonable time frame to allow for situations that may arise.
