Most items in my shop are offered as PRINTABLE files, which will be sent to you as high resolution PDFs via email so you can print them yourself at home, through a print shop, office supply store, or through services like Vistaprint.
My shop also offers printing and shipping of all items for an additional fee. These items are professionally printed using the finest materials and lovingly packaged and shipped by me. Please contact me via Etsy convo for more details.
COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS HOURS
I try to promptly respond to all conversations throughout the day. A typical days work will start at 9:00am and I will finish at 5:30pm. I will try my best to respond to any queries and projects throughout this time. I work normal business hours and as such if a job needs doing over the weekend I will charge extra for the project.
I prefer to communicate through Etsy convo and send proofs this way, unless you have requested something different. This keeps everything organized in one place for easy reference. I send all files to the email address you have listed with Etsy, unless otherwise specified.

Any order that requires proofs, the purchase will need to be cleared before I can send you any proofs, as each design will require my time to personalize.
Once your order is placed, I am happy to provide proofs and make one round of edits. After this complimentary edit, you may purchase an additional edits listing for £2.50.
I do not offer refunds, as each order requires my time and takes me away from other projects I may be working on. If you would like to cancel a order you have 24 hours after purchase to do so, however I will only be able to refund you 80% of the order.
By buying any of my products you agree to the above conditions.
Any physical Items, will need to be sent to the printers, so delivery time will be longer. The designs will get sent as soon as the order is confirmed, Delivery normally takes up to 10 days from when i send the design. So please order well in advance of any occasion. I wont be able to offer refunds if the delivery is late.
If you need the designs before the time frame stated above you can request a fast shipping, but the pricing will be extra and not guaranteed to get you order to you by a certain date.
If you are a international customer, prices for physical products will vary so will be worked out on a order to order basis.
Refunds and Exchanges
I reserve the right to cancel transactions for rude or unreasonable buyers. I also reserve the right to cancel if you do not provide the necessary information to complete a sale.
Additional policies and FAQs
Current processing time for personalized items is 1-4 business days once the payment and personalization details are received. Completely custom design work typically takes 3-7 days, depending on the complexity of your order. Due to the custom nature of my artwork this is subject to change depending on volume of orders I receive. Proofs are done in the order I receive them.
Double-check the personalization information you submit. It will be transferred to your personalized item as-is. I will be happy to make one complimentary round of revisions for you but cannot be held responsible for any errors missed after your file is sent.
Designs do not change from order to order, only the personalization details and colors. Changes in design will incur additional fees. Please contact me prior to purchase for a custom listing. I do not send the templates, artwork, or commercial fonts - just the finished, personalized product.
REQUESTS FOR CUSTOM DESIGN WORK
I receive a lot of requests for custom design work. If you do not see anything in my shop that can be altered easily and want a custom, start from scratch design, please contact me with your idea and we can work together to create something special for you. Please note that due to the time-intensive nature of custom designs, my processing time is a bit longer than it would be for other items. It generally takes me about 5 days to deliver the first proof. Please let me know if you are rushed for time, and I will do my best to accommodate.
PHOTOS ARE USED AS-IS
I will do some light photo editing (to correct color or brightness), but I am not responsible for problems associated with the color, blurriness, etc. because of low quality photos.
DELIVERY OF PERSONALIZED DIGITAL ITEMS
Digital orders are sent via e-mail as high-resolution digital JPGs or PDFs, depending on your purchase. Details about sizing and file types are provided in each listing. No physical items are shipped for printable files. Any pictures showing assembled items are for illustrative purposes as the listings mention.
COLOR VARIATIONS, ACCESS & TECHNOLOGY ISSUES
Please keep in mind all screens and devices render colors differently. Bethan D Design is not responsible for printer or computer problems, software issues, server outages, or employers blocking Etsy, file transfer services, etc. I cannot be held responsible for things that happen once I hand the files off to you. No refunds will be given.
