Announcement    I have been a knitter for all but the first ten years of my life. I've been a spinner for the last five years. But my new all consuming passion is wood turning. I love making spindles, I touch them, spin them and make yarn on them. But I can't use them all so I opened an Etsy store so I can buy more wood, more colorful wood, more patterened wood, more smooth and subtle wood. I hope you enjoy these spindles as much as I do!

I can no longer take custom orders. I was flattered by all the requests but it made my wood turning a JOB instead of a relaxing creative outlet. I'm always open to suggestions and new ideas. Your requests have kept me out of my 'personal preference' rut.
