Do you have other sizes available?
If you don't see your size listed, please feel free to message me! We can almost always get your size.
Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?
Oops! Gift wrapping isn't my strong suit. But I'll make sure your product looks fantastic!
Will my items all ship at once?
Multi-item orders may arrive in multiple packages/shipments.
My package was marked "Delivered" but is not in my mailbox...
We get this "help request" every week. We really do. The past few years, USPS has been marking packages "delivered" but actually still have it on their truck. Happens a lot on Fridays. Please wait a day or two and check your mailbox again. If it still doesn't show up, contact us, and we'll help sort it out.
Care instructions
For all apparel:
-Wash when dirty
-Dry when wet
-Use a stain remover first for tackling stains
-Wash inside out (protects the print)
-Use cold water (prevents shrinkage)
-Hand dry - it's greener and helps prevent shrinkage
Note: Our apparel is "pre-shrunk," but cotton can shrink a bit more in warm/hot water and a hot dryer.
Can I cancel my order?
Per our policy, we do not accept cancellations as all items are printed to order. However, if you wish to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We may be able to accommodate your request if printing has not yet started.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Since all items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us directly with any concerns, and we will do our best to assist you!
If we made an error, please message us within 10 days of receiving your item, and we will promptly provide a replacement or refund.
Are your products environmentally sustainable?
All of our products are made to order to help reduce our environmental footprint.
Our apparel items are printed using water-saving production techniques and cruelty-free inks that are biodegradable and toxin-free.
Additionally, all of the packaging for our gift boxes is made from packaging and design prints that have been printed, then shredded.
Our products are shipped in poly-mailer bags or recycled cardboard mailers.
When will I receive my order?
Our current production time for most products is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) before shipping, unless otherwise noted at the top of the product description. We strive to process orders quickly, but we cannot expedite the printing process. If you need something urgently, please contact me and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
When browsing the product, Etsy provides an estimated shipping date that reflects our production time before shipping. Etsy also provides an estimated arrival date based on USPS guidelines, but this is only an estimate. Our shop cannot guarantee USPS timelines.
Many apparel items are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, with UPS handling transportation and USPS managing final delivery.
