I make and ship out orders to my customers in the order they are received. If I have the item/s already completed I will ship the item/s out usually within 48 hours.
You may have noticed that I do not charge the same price for the different sizes. Although this costs me more in fees for all the extra listings, I feel it is only fair if you are purchasing a size xs, you should not have to pay the price of a size large. This save you money and you are only paying for the size you actually need.
When I make a dog collar to fill an order, it may take 1-10 days depending how many orders I have before I complete your item/s. When I complete a step in harness it takes longer as there is 5 times the cutting, ironing and sewing to complete each harness. Larger orders and Custom orders do take longer to complete. I have also added our New Handmade hand sewn fabric flowers and bow ties. Please allow extra time for these to be hand made for your order. When there are a lot or orders it can take two to four weeks to make; again depending on how many orders are before your order, so please order early. My goal is to completed your quality item as soon as possible.
Buttons on the ribbon bows and bow ties... The buttons are made with the same fabric as the dog collars. Buttons may vary from one ribbon bow/bow tie as I use the fabric to make the buttons.. All of them are cute and will match the dog collar!
"In Stock" terminology used by Etsy will let you know that I have the fabric in stock to complete your order 99.99% of the time. Should I start to get low on fabric you may see the word "Limited" in the listings. This will let the buyers know that I am running out of this fabric and the fabric is no longer in productions. (This also applies for ribbon bows and bow ties and fabric flowers and fabric bow ties.) Should I suddenly get a lot of sales on the limited fabric, I could run short to fill an order and I would let you know right away, although this has never happened as I do take inventory when I create the listings. I would contact you right away and another fabric can be picked or a completed refund would be issued. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Shipping Delays: Any delays will be posted in this section...Once in a great while there my be a shipping delay. That information is posted here in this section. Most delays would be noted if I am on a buying trip, vacation, or when we are in a heavy sales time of the year. (Busiest time of year is from June 20th to the end of January,,,) If you need an item by a certain date, please just send me an email and I can let you know if I can make your timeline. Please send me an e-mail with any questions.
Small widths in dog collars 3/8" and 1/2" might only be available in Black Hardware and are special custom orders. Any customized order is not returnable..
For most laser work.. As most of the LASER items are custom, they are not returnable. Please check items carefully before purchase to make sure all items are spelled correctly.
Returns: Please let me know if I have made a mistake on your order within 2 days after the order has arrived per the tracking information. Should you, the buyer, have ordered the wrong size, the item may be exchanged if I am contacted right away and if the item has not been worn. I will need to confirm the return. Shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer to return the item and pay for the shipping of the new item. There may be additional charges. CUSTOM items, sizes, widths, etc. may not be returned.
Please note: I will send instructions on the return shipping. Please wrap the item in a tissue or paper towel so the item will not rub on the packaging. Also include a copy of the invoice for reference.
I will keep in touch with you so you will know when your item is shipped. If you need an item by a certain date, please let me know ahead of time.
Please check your e-mail/convo on Etsy after you purchase your item from time to time until your item is shipped in case I have any questions, you will be able to through Etsy, so I can then expedite the order. Unanswered questions will delay the order... I will contact you through Etsy.

I ship my items through the United States Post Office using PayPal or Etsy Direct Pay.
***Please have the correct address listed on your PayPal and Etsy account; so the order will not be delayed. All shipping labels are printed from this account and the address supplied in PayPal and/or Etsy will be the printed shipping label address. Most items shipped in the USA will ship the least expensive service. Items shipped to the wrong address are the responsibility of the buyer.***

SHIPPING: Please remember, when I ship the item the tracking number will appear on your purchased item and you will receive an e-mail from me stating the item is shipped. I cannot be responsible once the item ships. If an items is shown as delivered by the Post office, please contact the post office if your item is not in your mail box.
If you need your items sooner, i.e. Priority Mail, please contact me for the cost. I will make up a special listing for you. I also have a USA Priority Mail posted on the web site as an upgrade.
Should there be a large overage in the shipping a refund will be sent to your account.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges: If the wrong size has been purchased, please contact me right away let me know within 4 days of receiving the item. The item will need to be returned within the week of receiving the item/s. Once the item is returned and is in the same NEW and Unused condition, as it was was when it was sent the buyer, the new item will be posted to make. I will try and work on the exchange order in between the current orders waiting to be completed.
Either the original or a copy of the invoice that is send with the order will need to be sent back with the order so I have an order number reference. Buyer pays for shipping in both directions. A custom listing can be set up for the shipping and the extra listing/selling costs. I do always suggest to measure the dogs neck or girth before placing an order so the right size is purchased.. Please order a size that FITS in the middle of the size. Please let me know if you have any questions...

If a refund is honored, After you contact me, please note that the item will need to be send to me in the same shipping box with the same padded material around the item. Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice that was sent with the order. Buyer pays for all shipping costs to return the item. Any item that is not returned in the same perfect condition that it was sent; will NOT receive a refund so it is important to wrap the item in tissue paper or paper towels and that the item has not been worn. Item must be send out and returned to me withing 5 days with a tracking number. Refunds will be given though PayPal or Direct Pay, minus the shipping cost previously paid on the item to ship the item to you
If an item is damaged in shipping you will need to contact the post office. Please keep all of the packing material and fill out the Post Office forms.

Accidents happen. If Something happens to your item, ie... dog chews one of the harness straps, or a leash catches on something... Please let me know. Maybe I can fix the item for your....
Additional Policies and FAQs
To Wash your collar: Please remove the bow or bow tie before washing the collar or harness. I just put mine in the kitchen sink with a little Dawn
detergent. Swish it around and it if is really dirty, let it soap for 10-20 min.
Rinse with clear water and lay flat to dry.
All Ribbon Bows and Ribbon Bow Ties are individually made one by one. I have added elastic bands to attach the bows so you can take the bows on and off, and also move the bow or bow tie on the dog collar to the area you prefer.. Extra bands are sent with each order along with the instructions on how to put the new bands on the ribbon bows and ribbon bow ties.
Fabric Flowers and Bow Ties are held on with a loop over Velcro. They do take longer to make, especially with the hand sewing. The Fabric Flowers have 6 petals that are all hand sewn together.
Please check the item when you put this back on your dog as you may need to
adjust the size. It is always a good practice to check the fit often. I check mine daily when I am playing with my dog.
Harnesses are used to give you and your dog a comfortable walk. When returning home it is suggested that the harness is removed. Please remember puppies and some dogs love to chew, so this might be another good reason to remove the harness when you return home.

Please always communicate with me though Etsy convo - e-mail. If you send your e-mail though the regular e-mail it may go into my junk mail and I may not see your message. I check my Etsy email at least 4 or more times a day unless I am away.
