Thank you for visiting Dolce Beada on Etsy. I specialize in jewelry featuring Venetian glass beads and have been doing so since 2002. All of my jewelry is handmade in my studio in the Santa Cruz Mountains of Northern California.

Paypal is my preferred form of payment.
Payment is expected at time of purchase, (In some instances Paypal will hold your payment for a few days - that's ok - just let me know. Also, if you need a couple of days, convo me and tell me when you will be making your payment.
Money Orders are accepted by US customers only. (Please convo me immediately after your purchase if you plan to send a money order.)
Unpaid orders will be canceled 24 hours after purchase if I have not heard from you.
Flat rate shipping on all USA orders no matter how many items purchased.
Items will be shipped USPS 1st Class with delivery confirmation.
Outside of the US, please convo me - I will give you a quote on the shipping details and create a listing for International shipping.

If you would like an item expedited please convo me. Buyer is responsible for difference in postage for expedited orders.
ALL PURCHASED ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS.
All items come in a gold gift bag and include a description of Venetian glass beadmaking.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my jewelry pieces. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return an item within 30 days of purchase. If you ever need a repair or a replacement such as a lost earring, please contact me so we can have you enjoying your jewelry again as soon as possible.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom orders are welcome. Please read the following information regarding custom orders so that we both understand how the process works. Please convo me with your ideas for a custom order. I am happy to work with you to create a beautiful piece of jewelry just for you. I will quote you a price based on your specifications. I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to produce your piece - this is to cover the cost of ordering the materials necessary for your project and the time involved in creating your perfect piece. I will email you photos and work with your suggestions to create that piece. Final payment will be due upon completion and shipping. If you have any questions - please contact me.
