Announcement   Welcome to my little Etsy virtual market stall! I hope you enjoy having a look around :-)

After a few years of glass fusing I started lampworking in 2007. I am a self-representing artist, SRA #B167, which means that all the lampwork beads/cabochons I sell are created by myself.

Welcome to my little virtual market stall, where I aim to offer lampworked beads handmade by myself. To see more of what I do, please visit my website: www.dolmairicdesign.co.uk.

All the glass beads I create have been annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, cleaned and inspected for flaws before being allowed to leave home.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal worldwide.
Shipping
I aim to ship items within 24 hours of cleared payment. I ship via UK Royal Mail 1st class, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return it within 7 days of receipt, just notify me as soon as possible. I am happy to rectify any problems, and I offer a full refund (less shipping fees), provided it arrives back with me in the original condition. Please be aware that I am unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you would like to cancel an order please notify me as soon as possible quoting your invoice number or the names of products purchased. If the item has already been dispatched you will be charged the shipping fee. When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice or a detailed list of the names of products purchased. Until the item reaches me it remains your responsibility. I suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Additional policies and FAQs
I aim to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible regarding detailed descriptions, measurements and photography. Every effort is made to provide you with images which represent the products correctly. Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours, as monitor settings vary from computer to computer.

Commissions:
Each commission undertaken will only begin after consultation between myself and the client. Where necessary, sketches or photos will be supplied. On larger projects I ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the commission before work begins. I aim to complete standard commissions within 28 days from design approval.

As a UK-based seller, all my sales are made in accordance with UK law.
