Unique, simple, retro design. These spice jars are perfect in my kitchen! Arrived in a timely fashion and well packaged so nothing would break. Very happy with my purchase.

We specialize in vintage modern home furnishing and apparel, or anything that makes a statement. We also carry some antiques from time to time, and are always on the look out for anything interesting, original, or well-designed. From furniture to retro fabrics, to ephemera and vintage electronics, whatever adds beauty to life you will find in our selections.

Payment
Paypal is the preferred form of payment. Payment should be made at the point of sale, otherwise we reserve the right to re-list the item within 48 hours unless arrangements have been made otherwise.

Please be sure to email us with any questions you may have regarding an item prior to purchase. All items sold are vintage or antique and they are sold "as is." Vintage and antique items are old and wear is considered normal. New old stock pieces are designated in the item description but still may show some signs of wear. In addition, it is recommended that buyer use the zoom feature to inspect items prior to purchase. We try to describe and or depict items accurately.

If you pay AFTER point of sale and can't get back in? Here is what you need to do:

1. Sign in to your account at any time and go to the "Purchases" section.

2. There you will see your orders and can click on the "Invoice" link next to them.

3. You can resubmit payment there at anytime.

We prefer to ship UPS Ground.

UPS is a little more expensive then the post office, but UPS is much better when it comes to tracking, claims, and special handling.

You get what you pay for.

All items are professionally packed, and all glass or fragile items are either double boxed or reinforced, and bubble wrapped. All items are packed in accordance with UPS packing standards.

We try to recycle shipping materials as much as possible. The box may not look pretty, but know that we are trying to promote sustainable living and business practices. We prefer Uline shipping materials and boxes.

All items will be insured for the the standard $100.00 insurance at no extra cost. Any item that is more expensive will be insured for the selling cost of the item. Insurance is added into the cost of the shipping, and items can not be shipped without insurance. Items that are insured may be shipped with signature required.

We do not ship to Hawaii, or Alaska without additional shipping costs being added on. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is significantly more expensive then shipping to the continental United States. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please check with us first before making a purchase.

Shipping to Canada and ALL International Shipments:

ALL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT IF THERE ARE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE ITEM THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING. DOMUS MODERN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES OR IMPORT FEES THAT CAN BE LEVIED BY THE PURCHASER'S COUNTRY.

Please contact us prior to purchasing so we can give you an estimate for shipping. We prefer to ship UPS Canada Standard; however, we can ship USPS. As a buyer, you are responsible for any customs fees or duties, and should a package be refused by you you will be charged for the return shipment costs, and the payment for the item may not be refunded to you (if the package is lost due to abandoned package).

* Note: Please make sure your shipping information on Etsy matches your shipping profile on Paypal. Please make sure that the information is up to date and correct. We can not be responsible for delayed shipments or lost shipments due to an incorrect address.

Shipping day is Saturday, but we will do our best to work with you if possible should you need an item sooner.

Please note that UPS can not ship to a PO box.
Refunds and Exchanges
When listing items we make every attempt to describe the item as accurately as possible. All items are vintage or antiques, and in some respects, wear should be expected. If you have any questions about an item please let us know before you buy! We are happy to help! All items are vintage and or antiques, which means that they are old. All items are considered sold "as is."

ALL DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES ARE THE RESPONSBILITY OF THE BUYER, AND DOMUS MODERN IS NOT RESPONSBILE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES LEVIED BY COUNTRY OF RECEIPT. INFORMATION ON DUTY FEES THAT MAY BE LEVIED BY COUNTRY OF RECEIPT IS AVAIALBE THROUGH THE CUSTOMS OFFICE, AND THE BUYER WILL NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMS IN ORDER TO ASSES FEES PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

We do not offer returns or exchanges, and shipping, packing, and handling are not refundable.

Claims:

If an item is lost or damaged in shipping, please
contact us right away.

Do not discard any packing materials; UPS may want to
inspect the package before issuing a claim.

If shipped through UPS, the claim process should not take
more then 4 weeks.

For USPS the claim process can take much longer (this is
one reason why we prefer UPS).

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in
shipping, but we will make every effort to facilitate the
claims process.

A refund can not be issued for damaged items until a claim is paid, package
inspected, and item either returned to Domus Modern and or claimed as property
by UPS. UPS will own the item once a claim is paid / issued, and the item must be
available for UPS to pick up.
