Często zadawane pytania
How do I get my files?
Right after payment, Etsy gives you a download link (also in your email and in Purchases). Nothing is shipped. Google Sheets products include a link to make your own copy.
Which apps do I need?
Each listing lists its formats. PDFs open on any device and can be printed at home or at a print shop. Spreadsheets work in free Google Sheets (computer, phone, tablet) and/or Microsoft Excel. No Canva and no extra software needed.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads can't be returned or exchanged. But if a file doesn't open or work as described, message us and we'll fix it or find a solution, usually within 24 hours.
Can I share or resell the files?
Files are for personal use in your own home or family. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them. For a classroom, team or business use, message us first.
