Returns and exchanges
US customers, should you choose to return an item, I will gladly refund the price of the item once it has been returned in acceptable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer assumes the shipping cost to return the item as well.

There is no return/refund on International orders. Please check measurements and item descriptions carefully as your sale is final.
Payment
I accept credit card payments directly through etsy or through paypal.
Shipping
For US orders, patterns, yardage and other light items are shipped first class, USPS. US parcels will have tracking information.

Heavier items will be upgraded to priority mail "if it fits-it ships" status if that is the most economical option considering weight and distance.

It is my policy to refund the difference, if you have been overcharged by more than 2.00, for the actual cost ofpostage and packing supplies.

If you want to pay the exact shipping cost at check out, send me a convo requesting a quote to your mail code. I will reserve the item for you and notify you when the shipping profile has been adjusted based on your location.

International customers
International First class does not have any tracking information included, but I will provide the number on your customs receipt. You, the buyer are responsible for all customs or tariffs when your receive your purchase. I cannot be responsible for any seized or lost items. Please do not ask me to falsify the declared value on your customs form, as I must conduct all my business "above board". Thanks for understanding.

Not all heavy, fragile or high value items are shipped internationally.
