Jeff has spent the last few decades as a computer engineer and programmer, however, he began his career in the graphic arts sector. He started out with a printing company doing keyline/pasteup (Google it), which led to the then burgeoning field of computer typesetting in the early 1980s. Somehow, that led to a career in database programming and Internet web design. In addition to his professional career path, Jeff has maintained a love and passion for fine woodworking. After many years of self training and preparation, he is pursuing woodworking as an art and craft. His lifelong love for the game of cribbage has inspired many of his work to date. He has recently returned to crafting 1:12 scale miniature furniture after a 25 year hiatus .

Betsy knew she wanted to be an artist from the age of 4 and fulfilled her dream of going to the Rhode Island School of Design, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in sculpture. After living in the Netherlands for several years, she worked in the jewelry business in the historic Maller’s Building in Chicago. It wasn’t until the early 1990s that she found her professional path in communications and writing in the nonprofit sector, working her way up to director of communications at a prestigious national medical association. While her pursuit of art has always been front and center, she is currently a freelance writer, leaving more time for her blog and art. Betsy has exhibited her full size paintings and collages extensively, with work in public and private collections throughout the U.S. and abroad.
