5 out of 5 starsIf there were an Oscars for customer experience amongst Etsy merchant, Door County Rock & Gem would earn top prize hands-down. Outstanding service, incredible patience and no question was too silly to answer - I appreciate it.
Further, what I'm finding on Etsy is that unfortunately some merchants do post-production work on the rocks to make minerals appear brighter, more pronounced, and in some cases, the rocks have different colors in their listings, than what is truly there in natural lighting. Items received as described and exactly as photographed. Door County Rock & Gem doesn't do that sort of photo manipulation and so you can trust that what you see listed is what you're going to get. No bait & switch. They're an honest merchant that should be in your Rolodex if you're a hobbyist or collector. -
