Return Policy
* Door Curtain Store relies on the United States Postal Service for most shipping needs. We have been pleased with their service. However mistakes do get made and packages occasionally find themselves lost. If the mistake is made by the USPS and not DCS, please follow up with them to track your lost package. We cannot absorb the cost to remake/resend all curtains, but will work with the customer for the best solution and may offer curtains to be remade at half price.
*If a customer chooses to return a custom-made curtain, they will need to pay the return shipping cost and there is generally a restocking fee. If the fault is on our end, of course we will cover all costs.
What happens if the tracking states that package was delivered to me but it wasn't?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but customers report they have yet to receive it, Door Curtain Store won't cover the cost of remaking, reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were noted by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch"
What if the order gets lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of remaking and shipping a replacement order for you.
What if I provided the wrong delivery address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
If you provide an old address where you no longer reside at, you will be responsible for the remaking and shipping of a replacement. We recommend you to send us a message before the order is shipped to update us with the correct address.
