I love the things I make and want you to love them too! I do my best to make my photographs and item descriptions accurate, but please remember that monitor colors do vary and my items are handmade and unique.

I do my very best to accurately represent my wares. My little handmade items are unique and all sales are final, sorry, no returns. If you have any questions about an item, just email us!

I accept payment through PayPal. I prefer that payment be made right away, but if you need an extension, just write me and we'll discuss it.

I do my best to get your items to the post office quickly. I try to get your all items mailed out within a couple days after payment is received.

I ship all our orders through the US postal service. Delivery confirmation available upon request. If you need your order shipped right away, I can send it via Express or Overnight Mail, but I will have to give you a quote on updated shipping costs. Just message me to let me know.

For international orders, you are responsible for your country's customs or tariff fees, if they are applied. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs office.

If there is a conflict between your Etsy and PayPal addresses, or if you are paying by PayPal e-check, ship times will be longer. If your PayPal address is different from your current address, please make a note in the "Notes to Seller" section of your order, indicating which address is the one to use (otherwise we will always use your address listed with PayPal.)

I will pack your items very carefully but I cannot be responsible for any damages or loss that may occur once the package is out of my hands and in the care of the US Postal Service.

I only ship with insurance if you request it. If you do request insurance, please send me a message letting me know, and wait for an updated invoice before you pay.
