Returns and Exchanges
Because my products are downloadable files I will not be issuing refunds or exchanges. But, I do want happy customers! I do take the time to upload all of my files into Cricut's Design Space to ensure compatibility. If you are having an issue please let me know. I will do my best to keep my customer's happy!
Trouble Shooting
Please allow up to 24 hours for my response, as I am not at my computer 24/7. I will do my best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Can I sell products made with purchased files
If you are a one or two person company why sure go ahead! There's no limit to how many times you can use this design. If you are a company that is larger than 2 people you are limited to 500 uses.
What can I not do with this file?
You cannot sell, share, or give files to other people. You are not allowed to modify the design and repackage them for sale.
