Refunds/Exchanges:

- I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to work something out with you!

- If an item has an imperfection, I will note it in my description and the price will reflect the item, the item can not be returned/exchanged if it is already noted in description.

- I am not accountable for damages occurred through the shipping process, however I will take the appropriate precautions when packaging the item.

- If an insured item arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for retaining the packaging and damaged item for insurance purposes. I will provide the buyer with the information (tracking number, proof of cost, etc.), and buyer will take the damaged item and packaging to the postal department and file the damage claim so that reimbursement can be forwarded to me. No refunds for damaged items will be made to the buyer until the buyer completes his/her part of the obligation in assisting to file the insurance claim.

**Return/Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, If returned/exchanged, the item must be in the original condition with the tags attached and with the original packaging.**

If there is any questions about an item or if you are unsatisfied, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can mend the situation!

I've never had any issues in the 30+ year that I have been selling and I hope to continue being issue-free! : )

I accept Paypal which includes major credit cards, debit cards and checks in U.S. Dollars.

**The payment must be made immediately at the time of purchase by Paypal. If payment is not received or cleared within 3 days, the order will not be shipped and the item will return to my shop. (Please make sure your paypal name and address are confirmed!)**

If there are any problems with payment, please let me know. I will do my best to try to resolve the issue.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

I ship after payment is received. Orders are generally shipped via USPS, United Parcel Services-First Class, or Fed-Ex. Contact me about shipping costs since it depends on the location. I will try to find the most efficient and economical way to deliver your order!

Notes:

- If you need the order to be expedited, let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time. (Keep in mind the shipping cost will increase)

- I always do delivery confirmation to ensure that your package gets to you! I do not want to be responsible for lost items, so I will do my best to track the package with USPS and keep you notified if there are any issues.

- I recommend purchasing insurance. If you would like to add insurance contact me before purchase and I will add it to the shipping cost.


International buyers:

- I encourage international buyers, however please be patient with the shipping time and please be aware that customs can occasionally delay packages!

- Insurance will be included in the shipping cost because I want to ensure that the item gets to you!

- I get proof of postage but cannot be held responsible for losses in the destination country.

- You are responsible for custom tax and fees and I do not refund items refused at customs.

All of my designs are from a smoke-free, pet-free home!

My designs are VINTAGE because they were made before 1994, however they are all NEW since they have not been worn before.

My designs are HANDMADE because I designed the item, made my own patterns, cut the fabric, sewed it together, embroidered, added trim, and paid close attention to detail to make it a high quality garment.

All of my clothes are one of a kind---you will not find anything like it anywhere!! My patterns and designs are protected by copyright laws and if violated will be prosecuted by fullest extent of the law. © 2016 Doris Sardelis. All rights reserved.

I have a large inventory, so if you have any requests on size, design, color, etc. please convo me! I will search through everything to find something that you would love! : )

I do some custom orders on occasion. If interested in a size or fabric not listed, contact me on etsy and I will determine if I have the materials. Keep in mind that the price for custom orders is higher due to labor and the cost of fabric and materials. I will begin the order after receipt of payment. It may take about 1-3 weeks depending on the request-however if it is time sensitive, I will do my best to make it within the time frame.
