My son named my business!
My story begins with a sewing machine..... in a box. My dear mother-in-law surprised me several birthdays ago with a sewing machine! After looking at it for one year..... in the box, I decided to get it out and resume a passion that I had as a little girl.
I was always a big fan of craft shows, and at the time, pregnant with my son, I realized that there was a shortage of cute boy stuff. Disappointed, I decide it was my new duty to create quality, trendy boy - and girl - baby items.
As my son got old enough to start talking, his favorite blanket was his "dot dots." They go EVERYWHERE with us - even to this day! It had such a ring to it - or maybe I just heard the name so many times. Either way, I knew Dot Dot Baby would be perfect.

-All cotton items may be ironed. Do not iron products with minky.
-To keep minky extra luxurious do not use downy.
-Close Velcro bibs before wash to prevent snagging.

Custom + Personalized orders
Yes, we love custom orders! Need a matching crib sheet, changing pad cover, pillowcase? Message for items not listed in the shop! Want to add a satin or cotton ruffle to your blanket? We do that too!
Care Instructions
To make your Dot Dot blankets last for years to come:
- Wash cold/delicate
- Tumble dry low heat/delicate or line dry
- We recommend using a phosphate-free detergent
- Never use fabric softener
- Minky is somewhat naturally wrinkle free, so please never iron minky products as it will burn and melt the fibers
- Never let baby sleep with Crinkle Sensory Blankets as the crinkle material is made of plastic and could cause suffocation. Always supervise baby with Crinkle Sensory Blankets.
What size blanket does baby need?
LOVEY:
17x17" smaller blanket is perfect for on the go. It's also a great size to introduce to baby, as it is easy for their little hands to carry around. It is a soother, and not intended to "wrap" baby up in. Will cover their lap in carseat. Our lovey blankets include a satin ribbon loop for baby to touch or hold. Easily packs into diaper bag.
CRIB/STROLLER:
36x36"
Our most popular size! This blanket is large enough for tummy time and to wrap baby up in.
CHILD:
36x52" largest child size in stock. This blanket measures the same size as a standard crib mattress.

Shipping Troubles?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, unfortunately it is out of our control. That includes orders that have been lost, damaged or arrives later than expected. We recommend contacting USPS with any disputes you have with your shipment.
Safety
Please use your best discretion when your baby is using a Dot Dot baby blanket. Please advise yourself on the national safety standards. Dot Dot is not responsible for injuries incurred by while using our products. Our blankets are made to hold up to use and washing, but please do not let baby use if you feel it is no longer safe (hole, loops or tears in materials, missing ribbon etc - rare but something to look out for).
